Linda and Michelle were amazing assets to have by our side throughout the buying process. Buying a home in a new area came with a few nerves, but the team worked closely with us to understand our needs and what we were looking for. They even suggested suburbs outside the areas we’d originally considered, which ended up being a much better fit for what we were after. As first home buyers, they’ve also taught us so much about navigating the real estate market, what to look for in a home, and have been great at explaining each step of the process along the way.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with the whole team at Spring! They made the whole process of buying our home so easy and stress free and always felt like we were in the best hands. They were so helpful, patient and genuinely cared about finding us the right home not just making a sale. We are so grateful for everything they did for us and would 100% recommend whether you buying your family or like us looking to renovate and build on they’ll go above and beyond to help you find the perfect space!

We’d been looking for a house for around nine months before contacting Spring, and by the end we had started lowering our expectations and thinking we would have to compromise on quite a few things. We still can’t believe we ended up with a property we love this much! And at the price we secured it for! We went with Linda and Michelle from Spring as we had been referred to them by multiple people, and for the many years of knowledge of the local area and industry they had. They knew the streets, the nuances of different pockets, the history of properties and often had insights we simply wouldn’t have known ourselves. Their relationships with local agents also made a real difference and helped us understand what was happening behind the scenes. Every property we seriously considered was evaluated in so much detail. They helped us understand the value, the risks, the market and how far it made sense to go, rather than getting swept up in the emotion of buying a home. Communication throughout was excellent. There was lots of contact, we were always kept in the loop and we never felt like we were wondering what was happening next. In the end we ended up with a home that gives us so much of what we had originally hoped for but didn’t think we’d get, a walk to the beach, beautiful indoor-outdoor living and a home and lifestyle we’re genuinely excited about. After nine months of searching, we really can’t believe we got it for the price we did. The whole experience from evaluation through to negotiation was excellent. We felt informed, supported and confident throughout, and we’re absolutely thrilled with where we ended up. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with Michelle and the team was exceptional. In the early stages of house searching we were bringing our kids up from Sydney to do inspections and it became quite difficult taking them around. When we partnered with Michelle, she took all the logistics off our hands by arranging inspections and presenting us with places that only suited what we were seeking. The process became so much more enjoyable and we were well taken care of. The time taken to listen to what we were looking for in a property was really valuable. Michelle’s professionalism was exemplary throughout the whole process. Her communication was excellent and she answered all our queries. She provided great clarity around the housing market and the opportunities that she presented us in our price range. As a result, she was able to find a great house for us in a wonderful area. Prior to purchasing the property, she took all the load of speaking to the agents and arranging building inspections etc, which once again reduced the stress on us. Her ability to reply quickly and give us time at any stage of the day was so valuable. If there were any concerns, she worked tirelessly to help provide a solution and we were grateful for that. Following the sale, she has made herself available and provided great recommendations for trades and services. We have genuinely felt so valued and grateful for the service. We highly recommend Spring and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you!

From our very first Zoom call, their communication was exceptionally warm, honest, and reassuring. No question was ever too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and incredibly patient with us as we navigated the buying process. A special shoutout to Linda, who took us through a number of open homes. She was wonderfully open, honest, and transparent every step of the way, helping us feel completely supported. The entire team at Spring is professional, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. We couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable buyer's agent on the Central Coast!

I had the pleasure of engaging with Linda and the team at Spring Buyers Agency recently to buy an investment property. Being Sydney based, being time poor and not knowing the area as well as they do, a buyers agent made good sense. They’re highly knowledgeable of the area that I was looking to purchase in & professional in their approach, in addition to being lovely & easy to deal with through out the process. I’d certainly recommend Linda and the team to anyone looking to engage a buyers agent to assist with purchasing in the Hunter or Central Coast region.

Where do we even begin? We are so grateful we found Michelle, Linda and the team at Spring Buyers Agency. From the very beginning of the process right through to the end, they were absolutely invaluable. Honestly, we don’t know how we would have found a house in this market without them. As a family relocating from Sydney to the Central Coast, there were a lot of moving parts and logistics involved. It was a huge transition for our family, and the team at Spring made the entire process feel as seamless and stress-free as possible. Every phone call was answered. Every message was returned. There was never such a thing as a silly question. The team was always warm, supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to help us find the right home. Along the way, we found a few properties that weren’t meant to be, but they kept reminding us to trust the process. They were right. Our perfect property eventually came along, and we were lucky enough to secure our dream home off-market. What really sets Spring apart is that their support didn’t stop at finding us a property. They even helped us secure a rental property while we navigated the gap between selling our home and purchasing our next one. Buying, selling and relocating can be incredibly stressful, but Michelle, Linda and the team made the whole experience feel manageable from start to finish. We’re actually a little sad that our journey with them has come to an end, but we’re so excited to start this next chapter in our new home. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without them. If we’re ever in the position of buying another property in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Spring Buyers Agency again.

We cannot thank Michelle and Linda enough for their incredible support during our relocation from Sydney. Their service was absolutely faultless, and their local expertise was the key to securing our dream home. They took all the stress out of the process and were a total pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a buyers agent, look no further.

We are so glad we chose Michelle and Linda as our buyer's agents. Moving from Sydney to the Central Coast, we had limited knowledge of the local market and were struggling to secure a property on our own. Engaging Spring Buyers Agency was the best decision we made. After our initial conversation, they understood exactly what we were looking for. They quickly found a home that ticked every single box, then expertly negotiated to secure it for us. Throughout the process, Michelle and Linda kept us updated and provided invaluable advice. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy on the Coast!

Sincere gratitude on a great experience with Michelle from Spring. From our first meeting to after moving into our house she was with us every step of the way always professional, friendly and nothing was ever a bother and all questions was answered. Definitely would recommend using Michelle as a buyers agent as we had previously been looking for a home for over 6 months getting no where except weekly travels from Sydney to see houses that was nothing like it was advertised or sold. Michelle took all this burden from us and we only traveled the once to see our perfect home. Forever grateful

Michelle and team are awesome. They jumped in after we had already found a house and provided tremendous value, even though they didn't find the house. Having them do the search too would be a no brainer. We spent nearly 30 years in the US and I was very used having an agent work for me. It's just the way it works there and should really be the norm here too. Their rates are reasonable and probably a third of what you would pay in the US. Any ex-pats coming home should not hesitate to use Spring Buyers.

Working with the Spring girls is always such a pleasure. Over the years, we have transacted on numerous homes together for their clients and the experience has always been enjoyable from start to finish. They have a genuine care for their clients and always ensure the process is smooth for everyone involved. I’d happily recommend their team to anyone looking to purchase. Looking forward to working with them on the next!

We used Michelle and the team to relocate from Sydney to the Central Coast after a few unsuccessful months of going at it ourselves. They managed to get us a great property for a great price, despite our budget being in a very competitive price range. They were also so supportive, especially as we faced a few external hiccups with finance and bank valuations. The team made the purchasing process much more manageable and it really demonstrated the importance to me of having a great team around you. I would absolutely recommend going with Spring if you are looking to buy on the Central Coast.

Michelle and Linda from Spring Buyers Agency are exceptionally experienced, knowledgeable, and professional buyers’ agents. As a busy working family of five relocating from Sydney, we had very limited time to travel or conduct our own property search. Spring Buyers Agency took complete ownership of the process, handling every aspect of the search on our behalf. Michelle and Linda were personable, patient, and dedicated to understanding our family’s specific needs and priorities. They went far beyond simply finding properties, carefully considering the broader lifestyle requirements of a growing family. This included evaluating the safety of neighbourhoods, proximity to quality schools, shops, medical facilities, and other essential amenities. Throughout the process, they presented a wide range of suitable options, clearly explained each step, and provided invaluable guidance on the administrative and legal aspects of purchasing a property. We are immensely grateful for their expertise and support, and we cannot recommend Michelle, Linda, and Spring Buyers Agency highly enough. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience both seamless and successful.
