With two decades of experience in the property industry, Michelle Tucker is a seasoned Buyer’s Agent and Co-Founder of Spring Buyers Agency and Spring Property Management.
Renowned for her expertise, professionalism, and client-centric approach, Michelle is dedicated to transforming the property-buying experience. Her ability to seamlessly navigate the market and match the perfect property to the right buyer reflects her deep understanding of the industry and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Michelle began her real estate career in Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast, where she spent nearly a decade excelling in high-end property sales at one of the area’s leading sales offices. She later became a founding member and senior leader at Central Real Property Development, playing a pivotal role in brand creation, market positioning, and the successful marketing of luxury apartments. Her contributions helped establish Central Real as one of the most prominent property developers on the Central Coast.
Continuing her journey in the property development space, Michelle was appointed Head of Projects at McGrath Central Coast, Michelle led the marketing and sales for medium to large-scale off-plan development projects, further solidifying her reputation as a leader in the field.
Driven by a passion for real estate, Michelle combines exceptional market insight with a relentless focus on delivering outstanding results for her clients. Known for her honesty, approachability, and strategic mindset, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the property market. Linda Johnson
Co-Founder & Director of Spring Buyers Agency & Spring Property Management

With well over two decades of Real Estate industry experience, Linda is a property expert recognised for her diverse and influential background encompassing residential sales, property management, agency operations, business, as well as corporate leadership at state and national levels.
A skilled and experienced negotiator, Linda spent over ten years as a successful residential selling agent across both Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and regional NSW. She achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA), then promoted to senior leadership positions functioning as Director of Operations with Raine & Horne Bondi Beach, Head of Residential Sales with LJ Hooker Lower North Shore (now Ray White), National Sales Manager and then General Manager with the Australian operation of LINK Business, the largest business brokerage firm globally specialising in small to medium enterprise (SME).
With a relentless appetite for accomplishment, Linda’s personal journey to excellence has been privy to working alongside and collaborating with some of real estate’s esteemed industry leaders. Linda has also enjoyed the privilege of coaching and mentoring both individual and group industry award winners.
Linda’s entrepreneurial spirit, love of property, as well as her passion for growth, innovation and delivering an exceptional client experience, are important driving factors in co-founding Spring Buyer’s Agency and then closely followed by Spring Property Management.
Tielle Gillera
Property Assistant
With over five years of experience in the real estate industry, Tielle is the driving force behind the operational excellence at Spring Buyers Agency. Her strong foundation in research, administration, and client service ensures seamless support for both clients and the wider Spring team.
Tielle began her career in 2020, sourcing properties for a U.S.-based investor—a role that sparked her passion for property research and market intelligence. In 2022, she transitioned into the Australian market, supporting buyer’s agents on Queensland’s Gold Coast before joining Spring Buyers Agency, where she found the ideal environment to further hone her skills.
Whether she’s preparing detailed property briefs, managing client files, or streamlining internal processes, Tielle brings precision, reliability and a proactive mindset to everything she does. Her responsiveness and professionalism often leave clients and colleagues forgetting she works remotely—proof of her ability to bridge distances with ease and efficiency.
