Where do we even begin? We are so grateful we found Michelle, Linda and the team at Spring Buyers Agency. From the very beginning of the process right through to the end, they were absolutely invaluable. Honestly, we don’t know how we would have found a house in this market without them. As a family relocating from Sydney to the Central Coast, there were a lot of moving parts and logistics involved. It was a huge transition for our family, and the team at Spring made the entire process feel as seamless and stress-free as possible. Every phone call was answered. Every message was returned. There was never such a thing as a silly question. The team was always warm, supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to help us find the right home. Along the way, we found a few properties that weren’t meant to be, but they kept reminding us to trust the process. They were right. Our perfect property eventually came along, and we were lucky enough to secure our dream home off-market. What really sets Spring apart is that their support didn’t stop at finding us a property. They even helped us secure a rental property while we navigated the gap between selling our home and purchasing our next one. Sincere gratitude on a great experience with Michelle from Spring. Michelle and team are awesome. They jumped in after we had already found a house and provided tremendous value, even though they didn't find the house. Having them do the search too would be a no brainer. We spent nearly 30 years in the US and I was very used having an agent work for me. It's just the way it works there and should really be the norm here too. Their rates are reasonable and probably a third of what you would pay in the US. Any ex-pats coming home should not hesitate to use Spring Buyers.

They totally live up to their 5 stars! We were interested in buying an apartment from overseas. At first we thought we just needed their basic service. After careful thought, we agreed to their full service. This paid in dividends because the apartment we thought we were most interested was not the best choice in the building. Spring have been phenomenal - to put it simply. We’re based in Sydney with a young family, and between work, kids and weekend commitments, travelling up to the Central Coast to research areas and attend inspections just wasn’t realistic. Having people we could genuinely trust on the ground was so important to us. From the beginning, it really felt like a partnership. Our interactions with Spring Buyers Agency were always professional, courteous and helpful. They were attentive to our particular needs, and went above and beyond in terms of personal care.
