Where do we even begin? We are so grateful we found Michelle, Linda and the team at Spring Buyers Agency. From the very beginning of the process right through to the end, they were absolutely invaluable. Honestly, we don’t know how we would have found a house in this market without them. As a family relocating from Sydney to the Central Coast, there were a lot of moving parts and logistics involved. It was a huge transition for our family, and the team at Spring made the entire process feel as seamless and stress-free as possible. Every phone call was answered. Every message was returned. There was never such a thing as a silly question. The team was always warm, supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to help us find the right home. Michelle and team are awesome. They jumped in after we had already found a house and provided tremendous value, even though they didn't find the house. Having them do the search too would be a no brainer. We spent nearly 30 years in the US and I was very used having an agent work for me. It's just the way it works there and should really be the norm here too. Their rates are reasonable and probably a third of what you would pay in the US. They totally live up to their 5 stars! We were interested in buying an apartment from overseas. At first we thought we just needed their basic service. After careful thought, we agreed to their full service. This paid in dividends because the apartment we thought we were most interested was not the best choice in the building.
