Set right on the shores of Kincumber Broadwater, bordering Green Point, Avoca and Macmasters Beaches, Kincumber delivers a real village feeling, with every convenience you need, only a short walk or drive away.

A community for families and older couples, where people smile as they pass in the shops and spend time helping neighbours, local public and catholic schools are well regarded, and village sports are at the centre of weekend activities.

Three-bedroom homes make up 37% of local residential properties, with four bedrooms contributing an additional 30% and two bedrooms in just over a quarter. More than half of homes are free-standing, with a third, semi-detached or townhouses.

Similar to the suburbs around it, more than 80% of local properties in Kincumber are owner-occupied, with a 20% rental market.
