Linda and Michelle were amazing assets to have by our side throughout the buying process. We’d been looking for a house for around nine months before contacting Spring, and by the end we had started lowering our expectations and thinking we would have to compromise on quite a few things. We still can’t believe we ended up with a property we love this much! And at the price we secured it for! We went with Linda and Michelle from Spring as we had been referred to them by multiple people, and for the many years of knowledge of the local area and industry they had. They knew the streets, the nuances of different pockets, the history of properties and often had insights we simply wouldn’t have known ourselves. Their relationships with local agents also made a real difference and helped us understand what was happening behind the scenes. Every property we seriously considered was evaluated in so much detail. They helped us understand the value, the risks, the market and how far it made sense to go, rather than getting swept up in the emotion of buying a home. Communication throughout was excellent. There was lots of contact, we were always kept in the loop and we never felt like we were wondering what was happening next. In the end we ended up with a home that gives us so much of what we had originally hoped for but didn’t think we’d get, a walk to the beach, beautiful indoor-outdoor living and a home and lifestyle we’re genuinely excited about. After nine months of searching, we really can’t believe we got it for the price we did. The whole experience from evaluation through to negotiation was excellent. We felt informed, supported and confident throughout, and we’re absolutely thrilled with where we ended up. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with Michelle and the team was exceptional. In the early stages of house searching we were bringing our kids up from Sydney to do inspections and it became quite difficult taking them around. When we partnered with Michelle, she took all the logistics off our hands by arranging inspections and presenting us with places that only suited what we were seeking. The process became so much more enjoyable and we were well taken care of. The time taken to listen to what we were looking for in a property was really valuable. Michelle’s professionalism was exemplary throughout the whole process. Her communication was excellent and she answered all our queries. She provided great clarity around the housing market and the opportunities that she presented us in our price range. As a result, she was able to find a great house for us in a wonderful area. Prior to purchasing the property, she took all the load of speaking to the agents and arranging building inspections etc, which once again reduced the stress on us. Her ability to reply quickly and give us time at any stage of the day was so valuable. If there were any concerns, she worked tirelessly to help provide a solution and we were grateful for that. Following the sale, she has made herself available and provided great recommendations for trades and services. We have genuinely felt so valued and grateful for the service. We highly recommend Spring and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you!

Where do we even begin? We are so grateful we found Michelle, Linda and the team at Spring Buyers Agency. From the very beginning of the process right through to the end, they were absolutely invaluable. Honestly, we don’t know how we would have found a house in this market without them. As a family relocating from Sydney to the Central Coast, there were a lot of moving parts and logistics involved. It was a huge transition for our family, and the team at Spring made the entire process feel as seamless and stress-free as possible. Every phone call was answered. Every message was returned. There was never such a thing as a silly question. The team was always warm, supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to help us find the right home. Along the way, we found a few properties that weren’t meant to be, but they kept reminding us to trust the process. They were right. Our perfect property eventually came along, and we were lucky enough to secure our dream home off-market. What really sets Spring apart is that their support didn’t stop at finding us a property. They even helped us secure a rental property while we navigated the gap between selling our home and purchasing our next one. Sincere gratitude on a great experience with Michelle from Spring. Michelle and team are awesome. They jumped in after we had already found a house and provided tremendous value, even though they didn't find the house. Having them do the search too would be a no brainer. We spent nearly 30 years in the US and I was very used having an agent work for me. It's just the way it works there and should really be the norm here too. Their rates are reasonable and probably a third of what you would pay in the US. Any ex-pats coming home should not hesitate to use Spring Buyers.
